Attention BAF Junior Members - Dieter Schprokets - 04-28-2009 This goes for Ensigns and Lieutenants. People above that rank seem to "get it". If you are given an order by a higher rank, you obey it. Anything else, frankly, is annoying and OORP. We RP as a military organisation. Obedience is really the only option. If you don't believe me, travel back in time and ask a Redcoat. Example: "Take that hill, Private" Right answer : "Sir, yes, sir." Wrong answer : "Nah, don't think so." I want PM's from senior members advising me of junior members who don't get this. If one person gets named too often, there will be a new vacancy in the roster. We have people waiting to join this faction, since recruitment is closed. I'm not going to waste slots on people who can't respect those with higher ranks. Is this perfectly clear? Attention BAF Junior Members - bluntpencil2001 - 04-28-2009 Sir, yes sir. I would add that most senior member have been here awhile and generally know what they're doing when it comes to orders. PvP/RP experience dictates a lot of things when in combat, a tense situation, (RP encounters with enemies/standoffs) or even just standard patrols. Attention BAF Junior Members - Capt.
