Literal descendants of Middle Easterners / Arabs are already included in the Coalition. For a middle eastern / Arabic vibe your best bet are the Corsairs, specifically those actually making up Crete's populace. I remember someone having a Beduin kinda thing going on on Crete, though I don't remember who it was.

But they were members of the Sol Coalition. They won the war and conquered the Sol system. Why would they build a colony ship and come to Sirius?

They were backstabbed... they did not receive the same amount of spoils as the other nations did... there was a political backdrop. The reasoning are for the steps ahead, the purpose of this poll is just to gauge interest in a house with culture, economy, and ships tailored toward the middle eastern feel. Story is irrelevant for the purpose of this poll.

You can roleplay that on literally any faction but Gallia - we have had near 800 years of population movement - at this point any ethnicity descendants would realistically be anywhere when it comes to one faction

To give people perspective, because I feel it's still unclear - do not consider current playerbase or story. This was spawned by having a discussion with some friends whether or not this type of house would be of interest to anybody. This is purely curiosity on the prospect of this style of a house incorporated into Freelancer. Don't think too deep on this.
