After an hour of searching for an FLMM 1.3 download I gave up and took a chance on version 1.4 Beta.
IT WORKED!!! unbelievable!!!! hoorayyyy!!!!
Could it be Windows Vista 64, not 32, is the culprit? I changed nothing but the FLMM version.
In any case I'm sure there are many people who would not persevere to the extent I did. So how many players are WE loosing do to this problem?
Don't know if there are problems with FLMM 1.4, which many said to stay away from, but I'm "already" Level 5 so it got me started at least. Ha!

If you cant get a FLMM 1.3, just go on to ModDB, you can get just about everything there.

Also i have 1.3 running just fine in Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit, remember to run it as Administrator.
