LAWFUL CONTRACTS - KUSARI - Kusari Office of Imperial Contracts - LoTeK_ - 05-01-2009 Kusari Office of Imperial Contracts Bounties offered by the Naval Forces See also Bounty on Junkers, [Cartel], and [XTF] 26.08.818 A.S. Section 1: Areas of Operation Bounties will be paid for operations in the following three zones. Zone 1: New Tokyo, Honshu and Kyushu Zone 2: Hokkaido, Chugoku, Shikoku, Galileo, and Kepler Zone 3: Tau-23, Tau-29, Tau-31, and Leeds Section 2: Allowed Contractors Contractors are divided into two groups. Local Contractors are defined as agents affiliated with the Hogosha, the Farmer's Alliance and the Rōnin. Pilots must have proper ID and IFF to be registered as a Local Contractor. Local contractors may collect bounties in all three zones. Outside Contractors are defined as Freelancers, Mercenaries, members of the Bounty Hunters Guild, independent bounty hunters, and pilots affiliated with any other lawful faction or corporation, excluding police and military pilots. Also excluded are factions and individuals that currently have bounties on them. Outside contractors may collect bounties in Zones 2 and 3 only. Allowed Contractors must be registered with this board (See Section 6). Section 3: Contractor Ships Bounties in Zone 1 and Zone 2 may only be collected by contractors flying ships of fighter, bomber, or gunship/gunboat classes. Furthermore, contractors wishing to collect bounties in a gunship/gunboat must fill out a short registration form before before collecting bounties in said ship. There is no ship class restriction for bounties in Zone 3. However, bounty payouts will be reduced for contractors hunting fighters in capital ships, etc. Reminder: capital-class vessels (including but not limited to: destroyers, cruisers, battlecruisers, carriers, battleships, dreadnoughts, and juggernauts) are not allowed in Kusari Core space, and will be asked to leave immediately. Please reference the Kusari Legal Codex for more information about the capital ship restriction. Section 4: Targets Subsection A: Target Factions The following bounties are effective immediately for all contractors: Ships affiliated with (ID or IFF, only one is necessary): Blood Dragons Golden Chrysanthemums Outcasts Corsairs* Lane Hackers Liberty Rogues Nomads The Wild Independent Pirates Mandalorian Mercenaries Bretonia Armed Forces Queen Carina's Privateers In addition, there is a bounty on any ship carrying more than 10 units of Cardamine, any Liquid Cardamine, or any slaves. *Corsair bounties are only active if the Corsair is actively pirating. Active pirating is defined as disabling trade lanes, demanding money and/or cargo, and firing on lawful friendly tradeships. You must take guncam shots of the active piracy to claim a bounty on a Corsair. Subsection B: Target Individuals There are currently no individual bounties Section 5: Bounty payouts The following are base bounty payouts, dependent on the target ship's class. For Fighters: 1,000,000 credits For Bombers: 1,250,000 credits For Gunboats/Gunships: 1,750,000 credits For Freighters and Transports: 1,000,000 - 1,750,000 credits For larger ships: at least 2,000,000 credits The following multipliers apply to all bounties If a KSP or KNF officer is present and engaging the target at the time the bounty was collected, there will be a 0.5x multiplier applied to the bounty. If the target is in the process of pirating a lawful transport at the time the bounty was collected, there will be a 1.5x multiplier applied to the bounty. This requires additional proof in the form of guncam shots. If the target is a Guard, possessing a Guard ID, there will be a 1.5x multiplier applied to the bounty. This requires proof in the form of a ship scan. If the target is a Nomad or pilot of The Wild, there will be a 2x multiplier applied to the bounty. This requires proof in the form of a ship scan. If the target begs for mercy in a particularly amusing or pitiful way, there will be a 2x multiplier applied to the bounty. This requires proof in the form of a chat log, and is dependent on the opinion of the bounty office. Section 6: Procedure for collecting bounties Before being able to claim any bounty you have to provide some basic information about yourself, your affiliation, your ship, and your intention to hunt the above offered targets. Code: CONTRACTOR INFORMATION SHEETFor gunship/gunboat pilots, we require that you register your ship using this additional short form. This may be included along with your first bounty collection transmission. Code: GUNBOAT/GUNSHIP INFORMATION SHEETFor each bounty you collect, we require a scan of the target ship showing its ID, and a guncam shot of your kill. For Outside Contractors, we also require an unedited chatlog scan (chat window) showing both the kill confirmation and the current system your ship is located in (censor bars are acceptable). If any of this information is missing, the bounty may or may not be paid out at the discretion of the Bounty Board. Section 7: Contractor Registry Local Contractors:

[font=Arial]The KNF officer arrived as the vessel was in flames. His assistance was unnecessary. If the target is in the process of pirating a lawful transport at the time the bounty was collected, there will be a 1.5x multiplier applied to the bounty. This requires additional proof in the form of guncam shots. [font=Arial]The vessel in question was in the process of halting ships at the entrance to sovereign Kusari territory in Shikoku from Kepler.
