Apparently, some people aren't getting the message here. You -must- say something -before- you open fire. Even the Phantoms have to say something before they engage, so don't think you're exempt.
Oh yes, and cruising to continue an engagement is right out. No way, no how, and we -will- come down on you like the literal ton of bricks when you do it.
