I write today to request a Modular Installation Construction License.

Intended Installation Name: Anatolia
Installation Affiliation: Sirius Coalition
Intended Location: New Moscow, E/F3.
Intended Purpose:
  1. Serve as a resupply station and orbital production centre for future Coalition expansion. Relieve logistical pressure on Zhejiang. In future, it can perhaps assist Mykolaiv in higher technologies, if the cause requires it.
  2. Be a buffer to Omega-41. Just beyond the '41 jump hole is Leon Base, and just beyond that is the Corsair homeworld. It is a short fly from Crete to Jiangxi, and from this direction we have only patrols and sensors to protect us. Anatolia will serve as permanent installation and early warning system against this threat. I've spent my life repairing these patrol ships and the damage from The Attack - it would soothe my mind knowing my home is protected by something more.
I have read and agree to the requirements of the license as outlined by Section 4.

товарищи, we have grown in wealth of figurative kind and literal. It is time for us to contribute further to downfall of class society in Sirius sector at behest of Sirius Coalition, just as it did at Sol at behest of glorious Sol Coalition.

A Modular Installation Construction License is next step to allow us to build our wealth onward.

We intend to build in orbit of JiangXi, occupying Lagrange point clockwise from Zhejiang Orbital. Trailing 10k behind in orbit. Futurists among us already dream of this being a start of a ring around JiangXi. stations intended location is: G4, close to middle of quadrant. CPW-Zerno in parked in desired location of station. Continuing the naming convention started by Zhejiang orbital, we intend to name station 'Fujian Orbital'. And of course it is meant for Sirius coalition affiliation. We hope to work with SCRA and NWI in stations development, even if it is primarily our responsibility.
Stations goals are in order:
  • Ensure food security. Stable orbital food production facility will ensure any crop failure on planet is quickly relieved. Further increases in off planet facilities built to take over more vulnerable crops will only further allow JiangXi to specialize on hardier crops, fisheries and livestock farming.
  • Host additional weapons platforms to secure what we still believe is our most precious world.
  • Host a ship component factory once base is well established. Which type is to be decided later, depending on developments of NWI in tangier.

(ps if denied could I have E4 'Chelyabinsk station'? .. Same goals just less accessible and more protected by radiation field)
