"Hopefully this message finds its way from across the Omegas... as much as I would have liked to discuss things with your pilots on the Dublin frontlines more, I think a more comfortable conversation over these lines may be more appropriate.

"After my visits to Arranmore and the battlefields I find your people in, the Platform has given me the assignment of formalising opening contact with you. You'll be likely to hear from our other representatives in the coming future if we form a respectable understanding of each other's goals and modus operandi. I've been informed that the Bundschuh and the Molly movements do have some historical relations that have fallen dormant over a decade ago. Many of us see that times have changed and it would be best to formalise relations between ourselves in these new circumstances.

"I do hope you have someone can handle a lot of speaking because you're likely going to get an earful from us, apparently its an expected trait of the Bundschuh, but this is more than likely a rough analysis of what we perceive as best as we can about the situation; Details are important so please feel free to correct any mistakes.


  • "The Corsairs, something I believe both of our sides have had dealings with. If it wasn't their partaking in the corruptive artifact trade that deals with potentially dangerous alien relics, which have a high demand on the black market, then it was their brutal expansion against anyone who didn't fall in line within their sphere of influence. They have become a problem that we can no longer rely on the Hessians to keep at bay... The Bundschuh are harvesting intelligence on Corsair operations in our homelands. While our blockade runners are delivering important food and medical supplies to Arranmore for the injured, the Santander does present an immediate problem the continuing survival of the Mollys; We do not wish to see the loss of a movement that has had so much recent success against the ambitions of the Crown and the Cartels.

  • "The Crown and the Imperials are two of a kind. I can't stress enough that anti-authoritarian movements like ours turn their fears of armed resistance into reality. Their goals are in essence the growth of power in favour of abstract gain, power over Dublin for the exploitation of its resources, to strengthen the bottomless greed of BMM's executives. This is a history that the Bundschuh of Rheinland are familiar with in our struggle against Rheinland's corporate interests. We have intelligence that the Crown and the Imperials are leveraging their economic base to strengthen each other's faltering regimes, so our cooperation would be beneficial to the both of us.

  • "Local population needs, there is no doubt that we are the representatives of the fighting spirit of our people, and our purpose is to ensure that the needs of the civilian populace are met, while also safeguarding them from threats that would deny them those needs. Right now, we are still reeling from the Imperial attack of Bautzen but we don't plan to let such an abhorrent act go quietly. Our people are ready to take up arms against the Imperial government and are desperate for a change. To us it sounds similar to yourselves, as the Crown's retreat marks a significant chapter for Dublin's Provisional Republic, for that we are willing to extend aid to them in any way we reasonably can.

Good Evening Mister, Civil Servant, was it?

My names Jac Yarwood, I'm the Chancellor of the Assembly. I apologise for the time taken to get back to you, things are quite busy these days.
It's good to see the Bundschuh getting more active again, i must say. And we haven't forgotten that your people took risks over the years delivering weapons and materials to Arranmore for us.
As for talking? Well, i'm glad somebody in Sirius is capable of using more words than threats, i'm quite sure we can live with that, especially me, i'm no soldier after all.

To go down your assessment point by point;

- The Corsairs, bloody Cretans, you've more or less got the ball on the situation. They never know when to quit, not so long ago Corsair smugglers and forces from the Santander attempted to deploy a facility in Dublin to push in on the gold trade, thankfully we put a quick stop to that with the help of allies from the IMG, Coalition and Technocracy. Not that we ever caught the Santander itself, pinning that ship down has proven difficult amongst Dublin's asteroid belts, not helped by the occasional aid the local Cretan forces have received from individual pilots or ships from the Order. I can't speak for the Hessians, we bring in weapons and ships from them, but their operations against Rheinland and the Corsairs are outside of my knowledge.

- Cant fault your reasoning there, after the movements destruction of Graves and humbling of the Essex and its battlegroup, BMM has been holding tight to anything it can, especially the LD-14 site, and their holdings in the Omegas... Any disruption on either side of the Omegas should come back to hurt both governments.

- Ah, now this is something more in my mind, aye, people come first most of the time. With Poole gone and Kilrea mostly having been evacuated, we've got more people than ever in Dublin, and less supplies than ever, lots of folk risk the blockade for gold, and thankfully they've brought in enough to keep us from dying out, at least for the immediate moment, so i'll say likewise, if possible, there's nothing to be lost by us helping each other out. The Assembly has some transports out and about and its own core of smugglers.

You Bundschuh are interesting people, i'll give you that. But its adandy change of air to talk with someone interested in more than just guns and counts of destroyed ships... Lot of people don't get that these movements live or die on smaller things first.

I'll be glad to maintain a working relationship with you and your Kin. We're all a little stronger together.
I must confess though, while you have a good handle on the Bretonia situation, i'm a little in the dark as to Rheinland, the big news made it over, of course, the war in Dresden and Munich's loss to the dark matter storm, but past that, well. News travels slow when it has to be carried by smugglers.

That in mind, feel free to catch me up on anything of relevance, all things willing i might b able to take my ship out to Rheinland and meet your Kin in person at some point.
