Well folks , ive had an idea to make a Rheinland miner. Thing is , looking at the factions , i cant decide between Kruger or Daumann.
Here's the info i collected untill now :
Daumann Heavy Construction
ALLIES:
Rheinland Police, Rheinland Military, Republican Shipping
ENEMIES:
Red Hessians, Bundschuh, LWB, Unioners, Corsairs
Daumann Heavy Construction is the largest mining and manufacturing firm in Rheinland.

Kruger Minerals
ALLIES:
Rheinland Police, Rheinland Military, ALG
ENEMIES:
Red Hessians, Bundschuh, Criminals
Kruger Minerals works in partnership with ALG Waste Disposal to mine the valuable resources within Rheinland and its neighboring territories.

Mining Bonuses:
Kruger: Diamonds, Silver and Cobalt
Daumann: Diamonds, Copper and Hydrocarbons

And yep , thats about it. So what do you guys think ? Which faction should i choose ? Which minerals are more valuable ? Which allies/hostiles are more convinient? Which one has the most bases ? And where the hell are the fields for Hydrocarbons, are those even in Rheinland?
So yea ... heeeeeaaaalp ?

Daumann certainly has more fields then Kruger does, they have feilds in Munich, Dresden, Omega 7 and Omega 11. Kruger in RP is borderline bankrupt but is enjoying a close relationship with ALG while Daumann is the most powerful corporation in Rheinland.

You have one more chance to create a Rheinland miner: join the Glaenzende Steine Initiative, it's a merger between ALG and Kruger.;)

Well that seems nice , but i really wanted to go indie you know.
Anyways , it seems Daumann is bigger than Kruger . Well thats a plus.
But anyways on a more gameplay side: Which of the mining bonuses are more convinient. By that i mean , which of the minerals are more profitable to mine and sell ( in RP of course. Which would restrict sale to all houses but Liberty, right ?)
And anyone know bout the hydrocarbons ? Are they any good ? Where can i sell them ?

kruger can't go to Kusari, the sigmas and GMG are in the way, and of course the treaty. So they can only trade with Bretonia, logistically, if you want to do canon RP for those as an independant, Daumann has higher physical value.

From what I know, Daumann can go to Bretonia and Kusari because the treaty doesn't include them.

I'm pretty sure Daumann can go through the Sigmas. They also have operations in Omega-11 and Omega-3, while both do in Omega-7, so Daumann is represented much better in the Omegas.
Pretty much, as far as things go, Daumann has the majority of the advantages. Unless you like RPing the underdog, which is definitely Kruger.

Well , i guess ill go for Daumann then. From my experiences of playing the underdog i kept getting curb stomped all the time so.
Still , im all up for some group mining. We may be competitors , but its better to work together than beeing solo. With all those pirates around y'know.
