[Equipment] MK3 Cloak on Enterprise - TheKusari - 12-06-2023

Bug: MK3 Cloak no longer works with Enterprise Liner
Reproduction Steps:
- Step 1 - Equip MK3 Cloak on Enterprise Luxury Liner
- Step 2 - Try to Cloak
- Step 3 - "Cloaking device will not function on this ship type"
Additional Information: MK3 Cloak on Enterprise used to work, alongside Docking Modules after the ship was upped to Capital class. Was there a silent change with the recent hotfixes?

Liners are now Capital class, which enabled them to use Docking Modules, Jump Drives, and swapped their cloak type used from mk3 to mk2 adv.
