Freeport 11 Security Claim Error in System
Freeport Eleven - Omicron Delta - Tensions are running high within the Freeport community following the controversial death of Guilermo Carvajal, 36, at Freeport 11. Carvajal was tragically killed after the station's anti-infestation system malfunctioned, triggering a false positive identification.

While Freeport 11's security team released a statement acknowledging the incident and expressing their condolences, the Corsairs, have vehemently denounced the event as a deliberate conspiracy. They claim the malfunction was orchestrated in retaliation for their recent execution of Thomas Black, an alleged Core operative, via a gruesome trash compactor incident on Freeport 9.

This accusation has been met with mixed reactions from other factions. Some, including the Order, have expressed skepticism, pointing out that similar accidents involving anti-infestation systems have resulted in the deaths of individuals from all walks of life, including Order members, Core personnel, and even unaffiliated Zoners. Others, particularly those sympathetic to the Corsairs' cause, remain suspicious, highlighting the system's potential for manipulation and abuse.

As of now, investigations into the Freeport 11 incident are ongoing. Freeport 11's Administration has assured the community of their commitment to transparency and accountability. However, with tensions already high and accusations flying, it remains unclear how this event will ultimately impact the broader conflict.

Regular transport pilot here. That station scanner is perfectly safe. It's probably the cologne that guy was wearing which triggered it.

Those Corsairs... I wouldn't be surprised if from so much trafficking in artifacts someone ends up infected with something. They will say it was a false positive, but I wouldn't be so sure...
