Koepchen Depot Loan Contract - Koepchen Depot - 12-13-2023

Contract Details


► General information
This is a loan contract between the bank of Rheinland, further labeled as loanee, and Herr Hans Maier, further labeled as debtee.
The debtee has received 15.000.000 sc to purchase the Koepchen Depot, further labeled as station, in Cologne.
The loanee has to receive 20.000.000 sc until the end of the 08th january.
The loanee has to receive 22.000.000 sc until the end of the 08th february.
The interest rate is 10% for each month.
The debts must not exceed 30.000.000 sc.

► Starting assets
The starting capital of the debtee contains of:
  • 2.000.000 credits
  • 1x "Colossus" Rheinland Train with RGS papers.
  • 1x "Serenity" Civilian Transport with freelancer papers.

► Rules of business inspections
  • The debtee has to provide weekly reports for profit auditation.
  • A business inspector has to approve the reports.
  • At the end of each month with outstanding payment, the business inspector may issue a quest.
  • The gain has to be reasonable and transparent as possible.
  • Ship fuel costs and core wages can be ignored.
  • Costs of new assets and additional wages are counted as is.
  • Renaming is counted as repair cost.
  • If a asset is put out of action, the repair costs are half the value of a new one.

► Rules of Conduct
  • The debtee must not die.
  • The station has to survive.
  • The supremacy of Rheinland laws is absolute in Rheinland space.
  • Until payment has been made in full the stations remains the property of the loanee.
  • The payback has to be made as a single transfer.
  • It is not allowed to rename, relocate or resell the station.
  • A contract is a contract is a contract. (but only between Rheinlanders)
  • Any form of begging is prohibited.
  • External money is only allowed with justification.
Failing to comply will be dealt with consequences.
