I am Rick Tiltman, Arbiter of the Junker's Congress.
I am in need of 500 units of Bio-Neural Processors, I understand EFL has them for sale in Orleanais. Unfortunately, as a Junker getting onto the station is...nigh impossible to say the least. Remnants of Royalist propaganda but nevertheless this is a problem. If you can get me these I am prepared to pay out 150,000 credits. Strange, have you tried Chartres Space Colony? Since EFL produces them and it's their headquarters in the system may be a good place to try.
