I Grand Admiral Drake Thastus hereby decree, that no CUFF vessel shall enter Vespucci and if anyone be on should they do so send me a picture of this. If someone hands me a picture of a CUFF in Vespucci I will give them a decent share of credits....

Definetly, Tank will pay the first payment, and I'll pay for the few that kill CUFF in vespucci. Kill a CUFF in Vespucci, and I'll give you 10 mil. if you kill 2 CUFF, then 20 mil. look on my char list and pester my chars, not other HF. BTW, I'll pay if you kill CUFF in omicron minor, or theta also.

Hell yeah, anyone can collect. But for HF you only get paid once... And not for killing.
But for any average person I will pay full to make sure the CUFF know their place.....
