While I'm sure this message might come as a surprise to you, I do have an idea... let's say an offer for your organization. I know we consider each other as enemies, but if you are at least willing to hear me out, don't hesitate to reply to this channel. Abmeldung, Gunter Kunrad Vizeadmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr

We are more than pleased to witness a man of your rank remembering us - the humble peasantry having to endure the Governments corruption and failures. Amidst the civil war, seeing men such as yourself reach out to us was much more common and there were times where the farmers of Stuttgart had high hopes for the Imperial side in restoring Rheinland's full sovereignty. These times are past once more with the unified Government barely paying attention to Synth Foods barbaric methods on Stuttgart and subsidies for us hardworking Rheinländers drying up again. However, you have our attention. Enlighten us, Mister Kunrad, what is it you can offer us? And why now? However peace was achieved despite that. Well now, i can't speak entirely for the Rheinland Government but i do however, represent the Oberkommando of the Rheinwehr. Being that, there are other ways we might be of service. It is funny that you mention Synth Foods, as the Liberty company is exactly the reason why I'm contacting you. You see, your group's recent escapades haven't gone unnoticed by the Rheinwehr. In turn, I'm also sure the relative inaction of my forces towards these might have raised some eyebrows by your movement. Let's just say these may or may not been deliberate. While I have no doubt your transmitting encryptions are reliable, I'd prefer my next offer not to linger around on any database of the Neural Net. I would like to propose to meet up in person with you or a representative. Now, I know any sane man would immediately suspect a trap, so as a gesture of goodwill I will let you choose the time and place of our meeting, should you accept this offer of course. Personally I think a Freeport would be ideal, but I'm open to any other station neutral to both our organizations. Hochachtungsvoll, Gunter Kunrad Vizeadmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr

A curious statement you have made there. I am most certain the Farmer Alliance's efforts to blockade Synth Foods attempts of undermining the Kusarian market raised eyebrows and we are well aware of the suspicious absence of Rheinwehr assets during that time. However, I was also to witness the scrapping of a Bismarck-class to the point where your forces had to tow it to safety. So I would say there has been more than a little bit of friction regardless of your efforts in blissful ignorance towards Synth Foods' pleas. Not every Captain of the Rheinwehr seems to have their allegiance with their own people. I am not opposed to a meeting such as this, in fact this is my usual business. It would be foolish to choose a location raising eyebrows for the Vizeadmiral to disappear to, so I suggest you tie our meeting to a short notice visit of yourself to Hammersee or the Mecklenburg Prison facility. The detour to Freeport 8, where we shall meet in exactly 24 hours, should not raise many questions. If there are any, I suggest you claim to meet an ALG representative there. Last I heard, they are still reluctant to let anyone approach Wichter. I would have to remind you that my forces were only protecting a transport that was about to be pirated by some of your men. We have allegiance not only to our people but also to the security of Rheinland itself. If we're going to discuss future... collaboration, we need to find common ground and not focus on predated events that both sides had a reason to act on back then. That your movement is still considered a terrorist group, i won't be able to change whether we both like it or not, but at least we can try to work around it. It's a shame we have to resort to backdoors for this, but right now this is the only way to go. The meeting point is an excellent suggestion. Zoners aren't known to ask many questions anyway. I can see you have expertise in... "low-profile meetings" let's say. I will meet you there. I won't be in uniform of course, but you know my face by now so finding each other won't be difficult. Bis dann! Hochachtungsvoll, Gunter Kunrad Vizeadmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr
