It is a pleasure to make your acquittance. At first, please apology the Lord Protector's tone towards your personnel. Etiquette is not his strong suit. I am convinced that someone of your position can read between lines and already figured from the radio logs that we have a vast interest in the analysis, exploration and in the long-term regulation of traffic venturing to this sector.

Previous run-ins showed that a wide array of organizations and groups started to exploit the various rare resources, with others appearing to raid expedition forces through violent means. Scoundrels and both Hispanics were seen deploying vessels there. Whilst most these entities appear to act infrequently, the Libertorians especially Ageira vessels, are a relatively common sight by now. We suspect a deterioration of relations between Libertorian expeditions and anyone else within the nearby future. As of late, they proposed "peaceful co-existence", however it appears to be an offer of little credibility.

Earhart and its surrounding structures are of unbelievable scientific value but may lead to corporate infused excessive exploitations and infighting of scales unneeded. Our data so far suggests that Earhart may play a crucial role in the understanding of the 831 Blackout, urging us to take precautious measures to avoid large scale conflicts or exploitation efforts. So long as we do not understand this place a little more, any drastic action caused by either side could have unpredictable consequences.
