Bug: Atacama Base + Luxury Liner Barbados are using Gallia rumor cards
Reproduction Steps:
- Step 1: Speak to the Gaians on Atacama with green rep to unlock rumors
- Step 2: "Oh, well I work for the Gaians. We run this place. Here's what I know..."
- Step 3: Learn that they love the King and want to stun baton more POWs for Gallia
- Step 4: Repeat on Luxury Liner Barbados with OS&C rep / with the independent Tourists for the same effect
