I am part of the Gallic National Squadron's Owl Squadron, dedicated to Signals Intelligence, affiliated to the signals intelligence gathering Battlecruiser Saint Amant.

During one of our sortie, we have encountered a trader allegedly supplying Kansai Research Institute, when we found out that a breach in the laws exists about intelligence entities of Kusari.

§2.1 - it cites Bretonia and Crayter Republic, but not Kusari - not even their intelligence organs. This is an obvious problem, as suppliers of Kusari's intelligence and surveillance programs are not within the scope of the §2.1 law.

Please see to fix this issue as soon as possible.

The §2.1 covers suppliers. The supplier that was mentioned in our original post was a Freelancer.

It is not relevant in the case of a supplier that is a Freelancer, whereas §2.1 would apply, and apply to anyone that would supply the BIS for example. It does not cover suppliers of the KOI, for example.
