ID adjustment4. Why are these changes necessary?
These changes would be necessary to better reflect the current standing of this char. Right now it's not playable because it makes little sense to have a Vagrant tagged and IFFed ship flying with a group of Wilde ships. While the RP continues to grow and more steps are taken to create something new out of this char I have to be able to make certain adjustments for the RPs.
