Bug: Gibraltar Station still invisible in Newcastle
As the installation is still listed as in Newcastle it confuses the wiki and most tools, showing an Outcast base where there is none.

We have about a dozen invisible bases lingering around. One of our projects is to remove them all out of the game eventually, but as you probably know the process is tedious and time consuming compared to a 5 minute job of invising a base. None of them have an IFF, except Gibraltar, which is where the confusion for players comes from. I have removed the IFF from Gibraltar, that should suffice for now. Fixed awaiting release.
