Bug: Retrofit Transport only cruises at 350 m/s

Reproduction Steps:
- Have a Retrofit Transport
- Equip a 500ms engine (I used CE-Ta Engine Mk II)
- Cruise
- Check your cruise speed
Additional Information: It also can currently equip both 350 and 500 cruise engines, though as mentioned above the 500m/s engine does not actually increase the speed.

For some reason it's using a class 6 engine while being a <3600 cargo transport. It should be using a class 5 engine. What's a bit surprising is that there are class 6 engines claiming to provide 500 m/s cruise speed. Anyways, I'll mess with it and give it the right engine class.
