Bug: BIS spawns in NL near the Dublin gate roam the map via lanes
Reproduction Steps:
- Step 1: Observe BIS spawns and where they fly
Most house intelligence factions are limited to one specific area with their spawns, but the BIS spawns often make their way to Planet New London from their spawns at the Dublin gate. They travel down the lanes from the gate to NL to other points in the system, causing anyone hostile to the BIS to have the rest of the bretonian lawfuls aggro to them.
