If you need to move a character between accounts, this is how you do it:
1. Login to the character that you want to move and type
/set movecharcode <code>
The <code> can be any combination of letters, symbols and numbers. This command is similar to /setcashcode. The <code> applies only to this character and not other characters in the account.
2. Login into a character on a different account and type
/movechar <charname> <code>
where <charname> is the name of the character you set the <code> on using the /set movecharcode. You will be kicked and when you reconnect you'll see the moved character in this account.
You can't move a character into your account if you already have 5 characters in the account and all character moves are logged. This command costs $10 million and this is charged against the character you logged into when you typed /movechar.

I was actually planning on rearranging my characters. Guess I won't be doing -all- of them though, else I'd be so far in the negative, Dusty's flood posts wouldn't be able to cheer me up.
