Reason(s) for Construction: Ageira~ Innovations would like to expand its portfolio with External equipment, Exotic weaponry and materials, and space to conduct research on weapons, also a storage for needed materials from Earhart system.

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: We believe there is enough potential customers interested in exotic weaponry and external equipment for their ships, including Liberty forces. With Detroit station focusing primarily on personal weaponry, mechs and Light Arms, we would like to construct a base that would focus on space weaponry and equipment instead. Should this endeavour go wrong, interest vanish or should this base become a burden, we will gladly scrap it on our own.
