Bug: Liberty HF/VHF/BMB Engine is all messed up
Additional Information: Someone somewhere at some point modified the vfx used by the Liberty HF/VHF/BMB engines, messing it up in all sorts of ways. The contrail's point of origin is wrong, it persists on idle and the engine is unnaturally dim.
