I'm sure it will bring back memories to some of you, because this job is linked to the old project you were part of a long time ago, Puerto del Sol. The installation has been repurposed into something far more than just a mere defense fortress and we require a plentiful amount of supplies and materials that we ourselves can't easily get the hold of. This is where I thought of you, if your schedule and interest are in agreement.

You're as fast as I remember, senor Malcolm.
It shouldn't be surprise that I remember you, but part of me did not expect you would still be in charge after so long. It is a pleasure to see you in high spirits and living a good life. I consider it commendable that you have restarted your organisation and it's still strong.
Freeport 9 is a good location for the meeting, but the path to it can be full of dangers. I hope your trip went well without any interruptions and that hermanos gave you a proper hospitality. I will be moving to Freeport 9 immediately. Don't overdo your luck with our rum before I get there, amigo!

As for the list of demanded materials and resources, it will be seperated in two types. First type of a job will be you directly working with our commodity dealer. The prices are set and you will be paid directly. The second part is will be set in phases. Each phase will have a milestone you have to reach. You will receive a list displaying a number of supplies we require and the amount. Once you deliver enough to reach this milestone, you will receive the designated reward for completing it.

Phase 1 requires the following materials and prices per unit:

High-Temperature Alloy (100 pesos)
Super Alloy (155 Pesos)
Quantum Multiplexors (80 pesos)
Cryocubes(185 pesos)

Being the first milestone, this one won't be difficult:
4500 x High-Temperature Alloy
4500 x Super Alloy
3000 x Quantum Multiplexors
3000 x Cryocubes

Milestone reward: 1,000,000 pesos

Not having delivery notes can make our job much more difficult than needed, but luckily, these deliveries were on high priority list, so they were not difficult to find.
Congratulations on completing Phase 1. Tomorrow we will be continuing to Phase 2.
