Greetings I am Captain James Robinson, of Orbital Spa and Cruise Captaining The Queen Britannia. She is a Palace Class Royal Cruise Liner built heartily straight out of Portsmouth Shipyard. She is a masterpiece and I'm proud to serve as her Captain. Should you require future information on the vessel please let me know at your pleasure.

I wish to discuss a delicate situation with you today and I come to you with a Humanitarian mission that is important to The Queen Britannia team. For ease of things I'll be frank recently we were dropping off passengers in Rhienland and came across Bretonian refugees on Planet Holstein the sight of which is heartbreaking. We have decided that on every other rotation of our route across the Sirius Sector when we pass through Rhienland we will be recovering refugees and returning them to their home nation specifically their arrival seems best suited for Planet Carlisle.

Our Bretonian passengers will be treated with the upmost respect on what I'm sure will be an emotional journey. While they voyage home with us we will have some limited extra medical staff ready to see to their needs and they will be free to use all ship facilities free of charge. Food for refugees will be supplied at our own expense from food rations packs we will bring on these journeys.
We ask, could you please advise Local Authority's that we will be bringing Bretonians home and have them ready to receive them.

Although we have no official affiliation with Bretonian and wish to remain a neutral party and are first and for most an Orbital Spa and Cruise ship. We hope we can do the name of The Queen Britannia proud.
