Good Day Esteemed Officials of Liberty

My name is Caitlyn Cross, I am the Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. Our Legal Team brought to our attention that there was an Announcement of new Laws in Liberty. And as we are Always Eager to Comply with the Laws of our Libertonian Friends I am Contacting you today.

Orbital has Recently Retired one of our Old Bustard Class Liners and Replaced it with a "C5a Longhorn" We have Modified the Ship so that it can Serve as Both a High-Value Goods and a VIP Passenger Transporter. As these Ships now Need Special Permission to Operate in Liberty we would Like to Apply for one.

And while we are already at it we would also Like to Apply for a License for the Amaterasu Class Liner that we have Recently Acquired. Our Legal Team deemed this Necessary as the Firepower of the Amaterasu is Comparable to those of the Longhorn. OS&C is the First Foreign Company that got a License from the Kusarians to operate these Beautifull vessels and we would Love to Incorporate Liberty into our Routes.

We have Added 2 Separate Application Forms for the Ships in the Attachment. We hope to hear from you soon.

Your request has been reviewed and has been approved. We will add the corresponding paperwork to the list of approved special licenses. Future vessels commissioned of such designation will not require further clearance.
