My name is Eddy Narson Colonel within the Order First Fleet Overwatch. I am contacting you today concerning a minor operation that that will take place in Vespucci. The Overwatch would like to conduct this operation without interference from the Liberty Navy and to avoid any miss understandings that may arise from our agents in the area and your patrols. The Overwatch is willing to briefly discuses the operation in question should the Navy require greater reassurance that said operation will not adversely effect the House of Liberty.

Operation Deployment Orders

To Fleet Admiral Martin Smith,

It is an honor to make your acquaintance admiral. The deployment order is quiet simple.

A small salvage team of four frigates and two wings of fighter craft will be in operation in sector G6 of Vespucci. Once there, the Order agents will begin salvaging samples of Insurgent equipment. Most notably we will be looking at the remaining structure of the shipyards in an attempt to understand their construction principles. Overall we are looking to better understand Insurgent equipment in an attempt to spare the working samples we already have.

Once complete and we have filled the frigates, Order agents will exit the system and return to our own space. We project only light resistance from unlawful elements in the area. No capital assets are being deployed to the AO. We hope that this explanation eases the Admiralty of the House of Liberty.
