Bonjour to the fine administrators of Avignon Refining Station in Provence,
My name is Jake Donovan, representing the organization of Interstellar Transit. You may have seen our recent ads out there!
I was fortunate to have contracts that led me to Provence recently, and my crew and I had the opportunity to explore your system for potential business clients as well as draws for our clientele. The raceway, casinos, and cloud feature definitely warrant our return, bringing with us tourism customers!
We are certainly newer arrivals in the commercial space in Gallia, and we reach out in hope to establish some trade relationships with different entities across the House of Gallia, as well as those adjacent, with the independence that Provence enjoys.
Our brief stop in at your station and talk with dock staff answered a few questions we had, but not all.
One such question was your station needs.
Do you have any packaged goods requirements we could assist with importing on a semi-regular basis while bringing passengers nearby?
How about exports? Are there any nicely packaged commodities we could be shipping out to your clients or extended markets?
The dock crew mentioned you offer Niobium, Consumer Goods, and Interior Systems. Are you seeing enough movement on these products?
I know I've been keeping an eye on the ship component industry lately - seems to be a hot market!
We'd love to have more reasons to visit this scenic system, especially for business so we can nicely expense some of our R&R costs... Any chance your station has use of our services, now or in the future?
Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,

It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance Mr. Donovan. We at GMS(Provence Division are always eager to meet potential new customers and are always excited for new business opportunities. Our state of the art refining station offers many products for the discerning person. We offer refined Niobium, periodically we also have Molybdenum. We also have Interior systems and Reactor systems for sale. Our station needs are mostly taken care of with our substantial transport fleet but that doesn't mean at some point we will need something. For instance it is very difficult for us to acquire Xenobiotic Filters, we had to engage a friendly Freelancer to deliver some to Avignon. We will most likely need more in the future. I hope we can continue forward with more communications and establish a mutually beneficial trade agreement at some point.
Regards
Hugo Durand

Bonjour CEO Hugo Durand,
Thank you for taking the time to tell me about your station. It appears to be a busy place in Provence after all!
We haul only small amounts of product, and never raw materials, unless you can crate that stuff in such a way that we don't have to pressure clean the hold after each run.
I could see us being of help with any of the smaller deliveries that go into your production cycles of Reactors and Interior ship components.
As long as we are making a small amount of credits for hauling them we'll bring something each way through from Rheinland or beyond if it works for the route. No problem!
I do have another question regarding your location in Provence - did you have a suitable trade contact for the governing Union Corse?
Given we were going to try and make regular trips to the system, it seems like a good plan to be familiar with the local established government presence - who knows? They may want to hire us for some contracts themselves!
Any information is absolutely appreciated.
Thank you again and if what was discussed here is suitable - we'll likely cross paths sooner than later!
Sincerely,
