[Event is over] Big brain tactics - Perfect Gentleman - 01-19-2025 BIG BRAIN TACTICS
Bounty Hunters & Core vs Order • Omicron Zeta• 25 Jan. • 18:00 UTC
SYNOPSIS Jeremy Alster is the most daring captain in the history of the Core. No, not just a captain, but a commander! His fate consists of a series of ups and downs, in which he always pursued only one goal - to test himself and his people against a serious enemy, to win even with a small number, and so on. In short, he dreamed of becoming a legendary commander of the Sirius sector, about whom they would not just compose legends, but also mention in history books and even use his name and authority when training officers of all four Houses. He wanted a battle. He wanted a test. He wanted to lead armadas of ships into battle. The Core gave him the opportunity to start implementing his plans 10 years ago. Having risen through the ranks, albeit not without losses, Jeremy achieved his high rank and was able to take control of enough ships to then conduct brilliant operations inside the Omicrons. But Jeremy was looking for something more. Drunk with his experience and immense confidence, this man began to believe that any threat to the Core, unless it was something serious, simply did not deserve attention. Although he took on routine tasks, he did so without much enthusiasm. And it seemed that the stars aligned so that he would get the fight he deserved. Admiral William Scott was one of the commanders of the Order. Long service, excellent training of personnel and simply an innumerable number of operations against his enemies allowed him to achieve his position within the admiralty. Although they listened to him, William is mostly a hunter. A silent hunter. His people do nothing but deliver surgical strikes. His ships very rarely enter major battles, but always emerge victorious from them. And his name flashes in reports only when it is necessary. As if he does not exist at all. By the will of fate, they both ended up in Omicron Zeta after recent news about increased Nomad activity. William learned of Jeremy and realized that eliminating another Core commander was a good blow to their structure. Jeremy learned of William only when the squads he had sent to intercept the Order ships returned with heavy losses. He realized that this was not some "green officer" who was just wasting his time. This was a tactical genius just like himself. If not better. Or was he? Waiting for the perfect moment, Jeremy sent his fleet on a sortie to the center of the Omicron Zeta system to intercept the small Order convoy. He gave them enough time to report to Cairo before being destroyed. William realized that Jeremy would not run away after such an attack, he would wait for him. This was a real challenge to a duel between two Mozarts of military affairs. Seeing the Order fleet approaching in battle formation, Jeremy realized that another challenge had come! His heart is filled with determination, he experiences the same feelings as in his first battle! "Finally, a worthly opponent! Our battle will be legendary!"
EVENT DETAILS As usual, the battle will take place in a pre-agreed location - D5. Both sides must assemble in advance, after which the Core will move into the square and occupy it. Only then will the Order receive the signal to begin moving. Core/BHG task: destroy the Order ships.
Order task: destroy the Core/BHG ships.
