My name is Eri Amaririsu, and I am a Member of the Gen´an Chrysanthemums. I am contacting you today as we have made an Interesting Discovery Deep in the Seiran Dust Cloud. As I was running away from the Lapdogs of the KN, F I escaped from their Grasp by running deep into the Nebular. To be honest, I ran a bit more than I might have needed, but to be honest, I was a bit in a panic. You see, while most of my Sisters Deal with combating the Lapdogs of the Oppressive Regime Directly, I am operating more in the shadows. I am a Competent Hacker, and I keep the Movement Afloat by taking care of our Logistics Needs.

Well, anyways, as I fled the KNF, I stumbled upon a Ghost Ship. It was a Kusarian Destroyer that the Lapdogs lost due to being Stupid. The whole Ship is contaminated with Radiation that has the Kilhasits' Crew as the lab dogs got hit on some Experimental Device or so. We have only Litle Experience with Destroyers, but our Sisters in Engeniering have told me that they Belive the Ship could be put into Service to the Sisterhood if we Manage to Repair it. And, of course, to get Rid of that Deathtrap of a Cloaking Device. That is why I am contacting you.

The Honorable Blood Dragons have Experiences with Destroyers, and most importantly, you have a Shipyard to Maintain and Produce them. At least if the Rumors that I have heard are Correct. We would like to ask you for your Help in that Matter, and in R, we would share the Secrets of that Cruiser with you. I am sure we could learn a lot about that Ship and the Secrets of the Lapdogs when we restore that ship to Combat Strength again. And I am sure that it will be Funny to give the Lapdogs a Spoon Full of their Own Medicine when we shoot at them with their Own Ship. We are currently preparing an Expedition to return to the Cruiser and then tow the Ship to a safe Place to start the Repairs and Decontaminations.

I thank you for your Reply and indeed we have made a quite Valuable Find here. In the last days, my Sisters and I were hard at Work to Secure this Treasure and not to let her fall back into the Hands of the Lapdogs. We do not have as much experience with warships as you do. We Gen´an also have quite Competent Engineers. Some of our Sisters Managed to Modify a "Stork" Train and some "Grouse" Transports to Tow the Destroyer to a Safe Location. We Tied the Ship over to Ainu and intend to do the Decontamination work there.

As for your Ask about the Third Parties involved, I can tell you that we have sent a Comm to our Contacts within the Junker Congress and hope to acquire some Robots and Decontamination Technology from them. The Junkers often Deal with old Radioactive Wrecks so I assume they have Developed the Necessary Technology to keep their people alive in such a Hostile environment. Once the Radiation on the Ship Reaches Acceptable Levels for Humans to work on the ship for Longer Periods of Time we intend to do the Rest of the Work manual and also to make a Full Damage Assessment at this Stage. We plan to use the Freeport Noshima in Shikoku to transfer the goods from the junkers and then ship them to Ainu ourselves.

Once all of this is done we will then Hopefully be able to either Restore Parts of the Destroyer's Engines so she can make her way to Kyoto under her own Power. Or we will use the "Stork" and the "Grouse´s" Again to Tow the Ship. We know how seriously you take the Security of your Home and I can assure you that we are treating it the same way. You have my Word that no Gaijin will step foot onto Kyoto or will be Brought by us to the Sacred Home of the Blood Dragons.

But of course, the Honorable Dragons have More Experience with these Types of Ships and the Work that is required to keep them afloat, so we will Gladly Take your Advice into Account. In the Attachment, you will find a Picture of the Destroyer taken by a Drone at Ainu Depot Shortly after its arrival.

We will take your advice into account and will make sure to Tow the Ship Toward Chugoku once we have dealt with the Radiation. We are currently waiting for a Reply from the Junker Congress and hope to acquire the Things we need soon. We have also strengthened the Patrols around Ainu to Keep the Lapdogs away and our Grand Prize Safe.

I wish you safe travels to Kyushu and hope that your plans will come to fruition. I am sure whatever you have planed will not make the Lapdogs Happy, and therefore I am sure it will make me Happy. We will gladly work together with Abe-San and I am looking forward to meeting your subordinate. We are pleased to inform you that the Decontamination Work of the Destroyer Nagara is now Complete and the Ship will be prepared to be Towed to Kyushu. Mamoru-san Mentioned that you are from now on the Contact Person for this Project. We currently are still in the last Stages of Cleaning the Ship but we can Beginn the Relocation Process to Kyoto as soon as you are ready to start the next Step when you are. We hope to hear soon from you.

I am pleased to hear from you. I have read your Question, and I am delighted to inform you that we have no problems at all when you take Scans of the ship or access its Database. My fellow Sisters, who are Experienced Hackers, have not Decoded all of the ship's protocols yet, but we make a Steady Process. We hope to hear from your Shipyard personnel soon to see what we have to acquire to Repair the Destroyer.

As for your Order ally, I can tell you that the Sisterhood is Neutral toward the Nomad Hunters. If you feel the need to Involve them in the Project then we will trust your Judgement in this matter. But we would like to get to Talk with the Order Representatives before they are involved in the Project as we have to Negotiate the Rewards for their work with them.

I am also Pleased to inform you that I was Recently Promoted to the Rank of "Senjōzaki" and that I am now a Part of the inner council of the Gen´an Chrysanthemum.
