My name is Martin de Alba y Espronceda, currently Field Marshal of the Pontifical Guard of the NCC and Minister of Defense.
I am contacting you to place an order for "delicate" material. I need to renew the fleet of combat vehicles of the guard that I lead because the ones we currently have are reaching the limit of their useful life, It will not be a large order, our current fleet is 30 combat vehicles and light transport so I calculate that with 30 units of military supplus we will achieve the objectives.
Therefore, I would like to place an order for 400 units of military supplus, for a total of 40 medium infantry vehicles and 360 units of 10 combat armor.
It has reached my ears that you will be able to find everything you need in Bretonnia.
This order has two indispensable conditions:
-First, discretion, I am willing to pay extra for this.
-And second, all material must be delivered by Freighters directly to the surface of Pygar, in the settlement of faithhaven.

The initial response to your communication was one of joy that our advertising credits were well spent getting the word out about our small cargo delivery services in addition to the core passenger transit we offer! However, I see this 'delicate' request has nothing to do with a fragile cargo but the sensitivity in getting that politically volatile cargo to your location without igniting a firestorm of activity. Delicate indeed. I will assume your decision to involve our rather neutral group comes from the need to keep this outside of the typical Omicron factions where news of this venture would have repercussions. Rest assured I can be trusted not to have this information forwarded past my inbox, unless with your permission. As any Freelancer worth one's salt would, let me feel out a few contacts that might be inclined to take on this action. There will be some significant costs for involvement, to get those contacts interested: There may be some 'wiggle room' as some line items don't always end up costing as dearly as predicted in planning. Also note that many of these steps may take some time to setup, so an idea on your timetable expectations would be appreciated. I think there has been a misunderstanding, this assignment is not secret or anything like that, the budget has been approved by the Curia and the assignment is simply a renovation and a small application of material.
The discretion part is so that your company does not communicate it openly with anyone, but if you are stopped, inspected and questioned about the shipment, you can give the appropriate explanations, at the NCC we have nothing to hide.
For all this I believe that your budget is too high for the funds that have been assigned to me for this task, so I request a re-evaluation and a new budget.

The Military Surplus you are requested is restricted for transport in Bretonian, Rheinland, and Kusari space, as well as highly sought after in the systems through which we'd have to travel to reach you at Pygar. I've since located a reasonable source that we can use, so it's just a matter of logistics of delivery to get it to you. Our more reasonable revised budget for this operation is $750,000 - half upfront (it can go to =IT=Bank) to secure our crews for these trips and the rest to be received by directly by the settlement upon delivery on Pygar.
