It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance. My name is Jill Xi, and I serve as the Director of the Med Force General Academy and the Chief Clinical Officer for this station. Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in our Base Certification Program (BCP). I’m pleased to confirm that the program is still active and available for stations seeking external evaluations and certification to improve onboard conditions.

We would be more than happy to send a team of medical specialists to the Isle of Skye for a station review. Generally, reviews like this are most effective when our team has both access to the station's facilities and the opportunity to collaborate with the (medical) specialists already working on the station. This ensures that our recommendations are practical and tailored to your station's unique needs.

Our review team will consist of four specialists:

• A doctor,
  
• An Intensive Care (IC) specialist nurse,
  
• An HVAC & Medical Transport specialist, and
  
• A trauma specialist from one of our hospitals.
  

A station analysis typically takes 12 to 24 hours to complete. However, since part of the Isle of Skye station shares similarities with the MFE Academy’s layout, this time could be reduced, provided those similarities hold true during the review. Upon completion, our team will issue a detailed and certified report that outlines our findings and recommendations. To date, no such report has been denied by any authority, and it will carry full certification from Med Force Enterprises.

Please note that the station analysis and certification process are not included in the free care services we offer. The cost for the review and certification is 1.2 million SC, which includes the certification process itself. Once certified, the approval is valid only for the current core level of your station. If your station expands within six months of the initial certification, a re-certification can be conducted at a reduced cost, provided the new installations are capable of supporting the increase in staff and visitors. This allows us to ensure that the station continues to meet the required standards for health, safety, and operational efficiency.

Additionally, we are always available for your medical staff to contact us with medical-related questions at no cost. We also offer a variety of training programs, some of which are free of charge. As a member of the BCP, your team will receive a 10% discount on all training offered by the MFE Academy.

The team from our Omega-3 hospital is scheduled to arrive tomorrow at 09:00 local time. They will be accompanied by a factory safety specialist.
