While her performance was, for the most part, satisfactory, however recent intensive deployment revealed one major flaw: Atlantis' proplusion system is not entirely sufficient to move such a massive vessel efficiently, therefore it demands further adjustements.

Fortunately, Juneau shipyard has just the right expertise for this occassion.

Main requirements for it will be domestic fuel production, high reliability and accessibility of maintenance as well as matching specifications of the original Arbiter engine. This may require additional calculations but surely it is a trivial task compared to bringing New Jersey back to life.
