Warriors of the Deterrence,
Effective immediately, all Phoenix Zoner vessels and operations within and outside the Omicrons are to be considered hostile targets. Their continued interference with legitimate Corsair activities and their blatant disregard of the Theta Treaty won't be tolerated.

Standard engagement is authorized. All Phoenix Zoner transport vessels are to be interdicted on sight. Their cargo shall be forfeit to the Imperio. Any combat capable vessels or escorts are to be destroyed immediately.

For the next seven Cretan days, the Conclave has authorized an additional 200k Cretan pesos (200k Sirian Credits) bonus on all verified Phoenix Zoner claims submitted to Deterrence bounty offices. Priority will be given to successful piracy claims over destruction.
The Phoenix Zoners pose minimal threat to experienced pilots and their interference with our operations shall be quickly ended.
