Liberty Forces, respective commands;

Following a recent communication with the current administration of the modular installation, Novi Plant, failure to comply with Article-8 of Liberty Law; you are ordered to deploy an appropriately sized force to dismantle it.

They've been advised to vacate prior to your arrival, which will be delayed for 24 hours to allow time for them to do so.

I'm pleased to report that our mission to dismantle the modular installation, Novi Plant, has been a success.

We were met with minimal, or poorly equipped resistance and suffered minor casualties - of which have been medivac'd to Norfolk for treatment.
