We are contacting you due to the non-respect of the rules set to built, use, and maintain a Modular Installation in Provence without going through the correct channels or contacting the Unione Corse before the creation of the Modular Installation.

Indeed, this base, located at █████; ████; █████ - Orient ████ ██ ████, is currently considered illegal under Provence rules relevant to the Modular Installations as detailed here, and the Modular Installation is not on the list of authorized Modular Installations as detailed here.

We urge you to regularize your Modular Installation, and pay a fee of 50,000 Gallic Franks/Sirian Credits, (the maximum penalty fee allowed) (to be sent to UC/-Larissa with timestamp and message) for not preemptively contacting the Unione Corse or the Govt. of Provence before proceeding with the Modular Installation project, and building it outside of the map (coordinates indicated above). We will use this case as a legal precedent for future Modular Installation projects as for each Modular Installation, these procedures must be followed:

• Contacting the Unione Corse/Govt. of Provence about your intent to build a Modular Installation, and clearly outlining the Sector in which the Modular Installation shall be,
  
• The DAC (Dept. of Acquisition and Trade), or the Unione Corse, will reply either with recommended changes if the Modular Installation is not seen fit, or will agree with your project and produces a document in this format, whether through direct message, or via the channel used to contact for the project.
  
• The Unione Corse will update the list mentioned supra. in the DAC thread to list your Modular Installation as a legal one.
  

We understand that you may not have had the time or the necessary knowledge before constructing this Modular Installation. We are willing to waive the fine and add your Modular Installation to the list of authorized Modular Bases (supra.) once it has been cleared out diplomatically and with respect to Provence and the DAC. Ideally, we would like this to be done within 7 business days from this date. Please note that Weapons Platforms are not authorized unless an emergency state has been put in place, which currently isn't the case.
