Konnichiwa leadership of Weiss,

This is the Headmaster of the True Sons of Kusari, I am in charge of this group of Blood Dragons working in Kusari space. It has been brought to my attention that some of our ships have run into some of yours with positive reactions. I wanted to reach out with a hand of friendship with hopes to possibly work together in some means. I know Rheinland does not like Kusari as it is now, and neither do we with in the TSK. So my hopes is to try to open up something to grow relations with one another and possibly, if we can make it happen, possibly improve the overall look of the Blood Dragon with in Rheinland space. If we could get support of a house, then we could really get a strong movement going to remove the corruption within Kusari and remove this false Emperor.

I do apologize for the late response, we have been busy as of late. I do understand that the influence you have is rather small, and I am glad to hear that you have had positive interactions with my members. I am reaching out because said member have come to me stating that you guys have been a positive group to run into while out flying around in the Sigma's.

My hope is that we are able to come to an understanding with our two groups and possibly even work with other groups with in Rheinland. We are not these horrible people that Kusari labels us as, we are just fighting for a better Kusari. We know that Rheinland does not have love for Kusari and that is one of the reasons why I am reaching out, even if you are a small group, sometimes we have to start small to go big.

I can guaranty you that I am speaking my mind, my goal is to get TSK seen in a better light in general with in Rheinland. Since we have had good interactions, I thought that maybe we can make something happen between our two groups. As you have seen we are trying to make trade to get us recourses and credits to fund out war in Kusari. We want to have good relations with our neighbors for when we do take over, we wont have to worry about a war that we would not be ready for. That is what I want.

That is totally fine and reasonable as things stands. I will let our trade ships know and we can work on establishing trade with the middle man. Just let us know what it is you would like to trade and if it is something that we Dragons can provide, we will.

This is the Headmaster of the True Sons of Kusari, at the moment the only thing we are working on is produsing H-fuel. We have one factory that is producing it but we are not making much because there are so few of us. We do plan on branching out and making other items as well, but that will be later. We are working on other things as well, but until we know that Weiss can be trusted, we will keep that to ourselves, I hope you understand. I am sure you do not want to give away everything you are doing to a group you do not really know to well I am sure. We are willing to work to earn your trust and I hope we can gain yours when the time comes.
