Good Afternoon,

My name is Hector Booth, signed employee of Shackleton Operations Group, a client signatory corporation to Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing.

Bristol C&M has come into ownership of a Judicator class Cruiser, named the B|-BCV-Endeavor, through our patrols in the Vespucci system and due to the less than significant damage we feel that it might make for an especially valuable piece of material to study. Should the vessel be even less damaged than we thing, it may even be brought into service with our fleet.

I’ve already discussed the matter with Verteidigungsminister Steube here, and we’ve agreed on a number of stipulations.
1. The Judicator class Cruiser will:
- Inform Rheinland security forces for the transit.
- Be escorted by vessels of the RFP, BMD, or Rheinwehr during transits through Rheinland.
- Likely embark an oversight team be during this period.
2. The Judicator class Cruiser shall halt at Oder or Alster Shipyard for the purpose of refuel and resupply. The halt shall take no longer than as necessary for refuel or resupply.

As such, I would like to discuss the precise specifics of escorts through Rheinland with you. I would propose this route for this initial escort.
1. The cruiser with a small tow escort would move from Vespucci to Omega-55 and Omega-7
2. The Rheinwehr escort could commence at the Omega-7 -> Stuttgart Jump Gate or at Ulm Border Station
3. Cruiser and escort would follow the trade lane through Stuttgart, New Berlin, and Hamburg
4. Cruiser and escort would halt at Alster Shipyard to satisfy condition two
5. The escort would end at the Hamburg -> Bering Jump Gate

Throughout the tow, Endeavor will keep maximum practicable distance to all civil and military installations and vessels in order to limit the effects of any potential engineering casualties or malfunctions.

I am more than willing to discuss any additional stipulations deemed necessary by the Rheinwehr and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Herr Booth,

This is a most unusual request. While we will grant it certain precautions must be taken.

1. A full inventory of any and all onboard explosives and munitions (Gravometric mines, nuclear explosives, antimatter missiles, etc.) be done prior to entry. This ordnance should be disarmed for the duration of the voyage.

2. An exact copy of the flight plan be delivered with a right on our side to make adjustments as needed for security reasons.

3. Onboard military records, archived technical data (particularly damage reports and gunnery data), and other sensitive information be handed over to Rheinland officials (in the case of any necessary for technical examination and maintenance of the ship, copies will suffice).

We will acquiesce to provide a military escort provided these conditions are met, drawn from local units. As a whole, we recommend this arrangement be kept as confidential as possible. Aside from this, we have no further demands, although we would like to discuss the possibility of acquiring any information gleaned from your direct examination of the vessel, though we do not consider this mandatory for this arrangement.

Regardless, provided the three stipulated demands are met, we see no reason to object to any of this (as long as the ship is not used to the detriment of Rheinland), and can begin making arrangements at your agreement.

Good Afternoon Konteradmiral,

Thank you for responding in a timely manner. I would agree that certain precautions must most certainly be taken. All munitions will certainly be disarmed during the transit through Rheinland House systems, though I feel the need to request that countermeasure systems not be included in this due to their purely defensive nature. Data thus far from the primary computer systems has been difficult to parse due to some degradation, though copies can most certainly be made.

1. Onboard Munitions Inventory of…
30 x Devastator Torpedo
30 x Marauder Missile
50 x Hornet Missile
50 x Silencer CM Flare
2. Flight Plan of…
Enter Omega-7 System via Omega-55 Jump Hole
Under Cruise Power…
Omega-55 Jump Hole to Omega-7->Stuttgart Jump Gate
Enter Stuttgart System via Jump Gate
By Trade Lane…
Stuttgart->Omega-7 Jump Gate, Freiburg Station, Stuttgart->New Berlin Jump Gate
Enter New Berlin System via Jump Gate
By Trade Lane…
New Berlin->Stuttgart Jump Gate, Bonn Station, Essen Station, New Berlin->Hamburg Jump Gate
Enter Hamburg System via Jump Gate
By Trade Lane…
Hamburg->New Berlin Jump Gate, Alster Shipyard
Dock at Alster Shipyard for required fueling and resupply
By Trade Lane…
Alster Shipyard, Planet Hamburg, Hamburg->Bering Jump Gate
Enter Bering System via Jump Gate
3. Bristol C&M shall transfer all relevant information on technical data during the docking period at Alster Shipyard.

I agree that this agreement should remain confidential due to the security interests of both Rheinland and Bristol C&M. I’m sure information from our inspections shall prove somewhat useful for your own understanding, and that such would also likely happen during the required period at Alster Shipyard.

Preparations are still being made at Bristol Bay Station for our own efforts in further examinations of the vessel, however. Should our own efforts prove adequate to your liking, we will be sure to inform you once we are ready to proceed with the escort.

Herr Booth,

We consider these terms to be acceptable.

Once you relay a date a detachment will be assembled for the operation, and I will ensure full cooperation of our garrisons and police force.

At a further date we may have interest in directly touring the vessel, although we believe it is best left until after this voyage has been made.

We await your further word on this matter.

Konteradmiral,

I congratulate you on the conduct of your officers and crews, the KKS-Helle.Wolke and Fl.Rudolph.Mentz. The escort went without a singular issue, though admittedly due to the Soltau requiring the vessels for ‘final checks’ I was only able to remotely transfer inspection documents to the KKS-Helle.Wolke during the final approach to Bristol Bay Station.

Thank you very much for your help, Konteradmiral. I look forward to our next discussion.
