Please be advised, there is currently a Freelancer on a transport-sized vessel named LNS-Liverpool, who claims to be a part of the Liberty Navy in order to deceive our forces and make it past the Galileo blockade with cargo that's been deemed restricted by the Government.

I advise you to be careful of this individual and treat them accordingly should you run into them.

As for you, Freelancer,

I'm fining you a small amount of credits; a hundred thousand for starters, for impersonating the Navy and attempting to deceive the Republic's armed forces. Failure to pay this fine will lead to consequences that neither of us want me to get into, so it's best you simply pay up and not find out.

I think it goes without saying that the fine includes a mandatory visit to the livery for your ship. I'm certain you understand what I mean.
