My name is Yu Takeyama I am the Sub-Director & Division Head of Orbital Network Express, Orbital Network Express is the transport and logistic supply division of Orbital Spa & Cruise, We supply to the needs of Luxury Liners, Resorts Stations and even OS&C Planets. That said from time to time we get a special contract from VIP customers.
Currently we are filling a large order for a special customer and are requiring many hands for many supply's. While our divisions ships deal with gathering a great deal of local supplies needed for this project we do not have the time to spare to acquire Copper as this particular item is outside the current work area we have setup and it would just be easier to outsource this job to another party.
I believe we have a mutual acquaintance Mr Erik von Falkenstein or as I call him the "Turbo Cheese Bandit" yes that's right while talking with my friend Turbo he confessed to "Borrowing" a sample of mystery cheese I was carrying to a Orbital Spa & Cruise site called the Riviera Resort and then handing off this item as reward!

As you can see we have the Turbo Cheese Bandit on camera footage, I have never seen a man run so fast with a plate of cheese before. Erik is actually a very good friend of mine and visits many of the resorts that I enjoy and attend so we have gotten to know each other and he says that you recently completed a larger order for him and that you can be trusted to get the job done.
So if you are up for it we would like you to supply the Riviera Resort in Ile-de-France System with 10,000 Units of Copper with a possibility of a reorder once the order is filled. We are wishing to move ahead with the project immediately so please let us know if your company is free to accept this contract.
