This is Commander Hikosaka Hebel, Executive Officer of Battleship Khonsu, transmitting you this request for the personnel file of "Civil Servant." I need to get my hands on up to date and pertinent information on the man and his activities.

Captain Ross has brought the Khonsu to Sigma-15 to conduct a proper re-calibration of our ship's main sensors array and make attempts to repair our jump drive. Over the course of the last several days the crew has been working with agents from the Platform and the previously mentioned topic of this message. CS's knowledge of jumpdrive technology seems to exceed his station, and his approach to scientific matters happens with a dogmatic zeal that I have not personally seen before. I am aware there have been certain concerns and tension in the past regarding the Platform, however their technical expertise on the matter is hard to deny and I do believe the Captain has made the right decision reaching out to these men. However I find myself concerned that I am missing a piece of the puzzle as it were.
