I had an issue which I managed to solve alone.
Have you ever encountered such before?
If the answer is yes, allow me to tell you what to do and those who never met such, it could be handy if happens.
The first step is always make a backup of your current accounts which will be found in this path: Documents\My Games\Discovery
And the file will be named as: launcheraccounts.xml.bak
The second step is to open the said file and copy the account which will be like:
<account description="Extracted from the registry" signature="numbers" code="numbers" favorite="false" category="None">New accounts</account>
You copy it completely and then, you open the file: launcheraccounts.xml
If you pay attention, there will be an account missing or having two accounts with the same name. You replace one with the account you lost and the remaining new accounts, you replace it with the original one in your backup.
Note: Yes you can go for 'restore my backup' which I did first, but one of the accounts got renamed for some unknown reasons.
