Apollo has been banned for:

Quote: 1.0 - Don't be a dick. It's a game, try to keep it fun for everyone playing it. Behavior that falls within the technical letter of the rules but not the spirit won't be tolerated.

1.1 - Discovery is an English-language roleplaying server. Communication in-game and in the roleplaying areas of the forums must be in-character and appropriate for Discovery Freelancer's setting. Metagaming and powergaming are strictly forbidden.

Consequences:

You were kicked from an official faction, and then you proceeded to take one of the OF tagged shared ships in order to negatively impact the diplomacy of said faction with others - in blatant disregard for what the OF intended and roleplayed, and for reasons that were outside of roleplay and spiteful.

There are claims that you were treated poorly by the OF in question, leading up to this incident. The correct course of action in these cases is to approach staff for mediation, and not taking matters into your own hands to 'get back' at people by breaking the rules yourself.

Staff has voted to impose a one month ban. Given that you have allegedly left the game for the time being, that ban will be enforced starting now and the one month timer will begin once you post here indicating that you are back and accept the consequences of your actions.

Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied.
