Liberty Navy Press Release regarding Recent Supreme Court Ruling on Galileo Platinum

PLANET MANHATTAN, Ny. — In response to current galactic events and in support of the ruling of the Liberty Supreme Court, the Navy acknowledges its responsibility to protect Liberty's citizens and the Supreme Court's ruling on the Raiden Cloud of the Galileo System. Any Libertonian citizens or assets that come under threat or attack will be protected by the Navy, as they have always been. Aggressive actions taken against Liberty will be met with an appropriate use of force of the minimum degree required to ensure compliance.

The Navy wishes to make clear its stance is a defensive one. The rightful place for settling judicial and commercial disputes are through diplomatic and legal means, not military ones. While the New Tokyo Circuit Court conducts its rebuttable, the Navy will maintain a defensive stance and act to protect DSE miners and other Liberty citizens in the Galileo System.

The Navy emphasizes that this is not an act of aggression, but rather a normal and measured response to routine legal processes. Trade will continue to be protected within and flow through the Galileo System.

We extend a hand of cooperation and common purpose to our security partners in the Kusari Naval Forces. We call upon the KNF to ensure a measured and balanced response from Kusari's own security ecosystem, and to conduct further patrols of Galileo and adjoining systems to ensure no Kusari terrorists are able to disrupt the peace or attack Liberty assets while the courts resolve this matter.
