Roupeli Outpost is a Corsair installation in the Omicron Delta system. Formerly a mere supply depot for Battleship Delos, the Council of Elders has authorized its upgrade into a fully fledged base, to further support the excavations of Xeno Relics and Artifacts from aliens ruins deeper in the Omicrons, as well as to further support the Delos, and await an opening to retake Yaren base from the Core.
