I've had the pleasure of speaking to one of you already, but I'd like to discuss the possibility of getting some light catering for a meeting I'm currently organizing with an official from Kusari. It wouldn't be more than a few hours, and I don't expect much staff beyond key personnel to be present at the time. It'll be hosted aboard my ship - the Halcyon, in a conference room on the primary deck. I'm still making the arrangements for a time with the other party, but if this is something you'd be interested in, then I'd be happy to discuss a price.

Unfortunately the first wave of talks took place far sooner than I had been prepared for, and I missed the window to establish an adequate time to set up this catering request. Poor planning on my part, or a busy work week. I'll let you decide.

As of now, I'm still waiting to hear as to whether a second round of discussions will occur. Given the rising tensions on the border, I can only imagine they've had other pressing matters to attend to. I wanted to apologize for failing to provide an opportunity for you, and will stress that in the future I plan accordingly.
