I honesty keep having a problem when i try to connect period says server either timed out or is offline but i know its online , i tried reinstall , firewall ect , it was fine then yesterday it did it a few times to me and now i just cannot connect at all with that same msg , any insights that can help would be awesome guys , this happened to me before with a previous wifi stick i use then i got a new one all was fine until a a week later ...

I'm having a similar issue, I don't know anymore if my hardware address was banned cause I get this conection error with any character and with any account.
I don't have an URL for the image, but it says when trying to log a character after joining the server something like "The connection to the server has been lost..."

EDIT: False alarm concerning server connection; I was banned.
