Salutations, COUNTERPOINT ACTUAL. This is ATHENA ACTUAL of the Ashen Hull Pact. No doubt you haven't heard of us, we're a small Militant cell operating in the Omicrons, Omegas, and Liberty--basically anywhere Corsairs, Liberty, or Bretonia exist. Our small numbers no doubt keep us under the radar. This is a boon for being able to ambush forces larger than us but a curse when attempting to operate with other Militant cells. I'm sending this communication to you to today to give you notice of something our cell has been working on in the background.

Some weeks back, you might remember KOI reaching out to all of us in regards to training, ammo, and the like. Many of us in the Ashen Hull Pact were forced into this way of life when violence was visited upon us by the Corsairs, Liberty, and by extension--Bretonia. Almost none of us have combat experience other than defensive weapons equipped on our transports. Because of this, we've reached out to them to see what they can offer us and they have agreed to meet in Pennsylvania in the coming days to discuss. The expectation is that they will arrive via Magellan>Vespucci>Kansas so that they can easily maneuver through the Taus without crossing into Liberty or Bretonia space.

I've attached a read-only version of the communication below for your review and so that you can follow along as transmissions come in. If you wish to be present during this meeting with Kusari, you are welcome to come. The PLF, though fractured and small, are still the largest number of Militants still fighting in Pennsylvania. Your presence would be most welcome.
