To all Kusai State Police within His Majesty's Kingdom.

Once again, we are facing retaliatory inspiration from a formidable opponent. Some time ago, we had this from Rheinland, and now Liberty is facing us head-on. Our nation has the potential to resolve any situation, such as the current one and those that have occurred in the past.

It is not a pleasure to report this type of situation, as many of our compatriots have their economies under lockdown due to export and import restrictions. We have managed to establish regulations to monitor our borders to prevent the smuggling of our commodities, as well as to protect any vessels that may bring what our nation needs to continue, to the extent possible, manufacturing operations at civilian and military facilities.

Therefore, we strongly urge all personnel to be alert to any suspicious movements. Stop any ship that may allegedly be smuggling our goods and support those who somehow bring legally purchased goods at fair value and have arrived safely in our domains. Those who succeed in this way will be protected at their final destination.

What must be made very clear is that the Kusari Empire will not tolerate any dishonest actions within our ranks, such as pirated goods, or even bribery among police officers to turn a blind eye to any injustice.

Therefore, as a preliminary matter, the Kusari State Police makes this declaration, which is effective immediately and may, at any time, be further clarified by higher government agencies, as this provisional measure is merely a preamble that the Ministry of Defense and the Interior may raise for greater security within our sphere.

We will also be vigilant in discussing, in due course, improved communication at this crucial time within our nation, so that it can assist us more effectively.
